Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Light Industrial Associates to support daily warehouse and production operations in Lafayette, Georgia. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Associates will assist with material handling, packaging, production support, and general warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks including packaging, sorting, labeling, and palletizing products
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished goods
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Support production and distribution teams as needed to meet daily goals
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, production, or light industrial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed
